If you live in CDMX, the delivery time is 3 to 4 business days and you will receive them through our delivery staff or by local courier service.

If you live in any other State of the Republic, the delivery time is from 5 to 8 business days, we will send them through the fastest parcel according to the area in which your address is located (Fedex, Estafeta or DHL, generally ).

Does shipping cost anything?

If you reside within the Mexican Republic, the shipping of all your purchases is completely free.

In case you are outside the Republic, Mexicana will make you a quote depending on the country.

Do you have international shipping?

Yes, we have international shipping. Prices outside of Mexico are in dollars, and, in this case, the customer would pay the shipping cost (this cost may vary), a quote is made with the address and zip code where you want to receive your order.

Do the prices of your products vary if it is an order outside of Mexico?

Yes, the prices of our items outside of Mexico may vary since they are quoted in dollars, they are also subject to the different taxes of each country. That is why, if you place an order for a place other than Mexico, the total cost, including taxes and shipping, may vary. What are the sizes that they carry?

Our sizes range from 22 to 27, including half numbers. You can consult our Size Guide so you can be sure that the size you order is correct.

Do you carry number 27mx shoes?

Some of our shoes are available in size 27mx, we recommend filtering by size in the "shoes" section, select the number 27mx or any other number and all the models that we have available at the moment will appear. We are working to expand our sizes and that everyone can enjoy some Regina Romero.

When the numberings of some model end, is this model discontinued?

This depends on the collection to which they belong. If it is a seasonal model (PV or OI) we do not restock it unless it is sold out at the beginning of the season, this to give you more exclusivity. On the other hand, the models of the Regina Collection are replenished on a regular basis.

If there is a model that I like, but it is not in my size, how do I get it?

We constantly restock the Regina Collection models, our shoes are handmade and the designs are exclusive, we do not manufacture massively.

What we recommend is that:

1. Go to the page of the product you are interested in.

2. Choose the color and size you are interested in.

3. Under SOLD OUT, click on the legend in pink that says: CHOOSE YOUR SIZE - Notify me when there is inventory.

4. Put your email

You will receive an email as soon as the refill arrives.
This email is sent in the order in which they are added to the waiting list for a certain model, color and size.

Remember that we like to offer you exclusivity, so our models and sizes are limited.

Why sometimes I can't find my size?

We produce small batches to give you more exclusivity. Many times there are models that sell quickly and although we make more shoes of the most common sizes, they run out in the first few days.

There are constant restocks of the models that are in the Regina Collection . Sometimes we do restocks of the seasonal collections. You can subscribe to our newsletter to find out when the restocks arrive or sign up for the REPLACEMENT NOTICE list that you find at Every model.

Are your shoes roomy?

The lasts of our shoes are created with the foot of the Mexican woman in mind, which is generally wider or with a higher instep. However, Regina Romero's sizes are fair in sandals and slippers. Are the models that are put on sale back to normal price?

No, the models that are put on sale are seasonal models, either SS or AW. These models are put on sale before the new season comes out and while supplies last. Our production is limited and exclusive since they are handmade.

How often do you have new models?

The Regina Collection , where you will find our classics and best sellers; that are replenished on a regular basis, and the seasonal collections, Spring-Summer and Autumn-Winter.

Seasonal models generally come out every 6 months, but new models may also come out due to a collaboration or a model may be added to the permanent collection.

How comfortable are the shoes?

What heel heights do you handle?

We have various heel heights, from flats, low heels of 4 cm and up to 13.5 cm. We also cover intermediate heights which are 6cm, 7cm, 8cm, 10cm, 12.5cm and 15cm.

Is the lining of the shoes leather?

Yes, our products are made from 100% leather. The upper and lining are in leather, unless they have some fabric application. The sole, generally, is made of leather, with a knurled finish (it is a process that takes the sole so that it does not slip) in some models, the design specifies a synthetic sole, this also adds a little more comfort when using them.

Are animals raised for the use of shoe leather?

No, at Regina Romero we are proud to be a socially responsible and environmentally friendly company. All the leather that we use for the manufacture of footwear is a by-product of the meat industry, therefore, as long as human beings continue to consume meat, leather will always exist as a by-product, otherwise it would become waste.

Where are your shoes made?

All our products are Made in Mexico , by craftsmanship. Our factories and tanneries are located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, since shoes are manufactured there with the highest international standards of the industry in Mexico.

What are your exchange policies?

We want you to be very happy, that is why your 1st exchange is completely free, as long as it is within the first 7 days of receiving your product.

Free exchanges are if the size does not fit you or due to manufacturing defects. The product must be unused, remember to keep the complete packaging to be valid. You can check all the change policies on our Changes page.

When placing a special order, can I request a change or return?

As it is a personalized order, there is no possibility of making a change or return, since it would be a unique model with specific characteristics.

Can I exchange items that I have purchased on Sale?

What happens if I want to make an exchange for a model of a different price?

In case you want to make a change for a different model and it has a higher cost, you would only have to pay the difference through a deposit or transfer. If, on the other hand, it is a cheaper model, the difference will be credited to your account in the form of a credit so that you can use it on your next purchase.

What do I do if the guide to send the 1st free change has expired?

Remember that you have 3 days once we send you the guide to send us your product and continue with the exchange process. If after these 3 days you have not returned your shoes, you can make the change if the following is true:

1) The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

2) It is within 30 days of receiving the item.

3) Notice of the change was given within the first 7 days.

4) The item is unused and is returned in the same condition it was received.

We pride ourselves on being the best shoes in Mexico, however, we are not perfect, that is why, if at any time you receive your product damaged or it does not meet our quality standards, contact us as soon as possible to request now. be it an exchange, a repair or, in any case, a return.

What can I do if my shoes are a little tight or slightly small?

Our shoes are made of 100% leather. This material easily molds to your foot like a glove, making your shoes more comfortable. Therefore, if your shoes are a little tight, the skin will give and in a few days they will be ready for you to wear without discomfort.

If you feel that you have ½ size smaller, we recommend contacting your local shoemaker so they can help you fit them to your preference. What can I do if my shoes are a little loose or slightly large?

If you feel that your shoes are a little loose or slightly larger than your foot, a simple insole is the solution in most cases. For example, if it is a little long, there are special insoles called "heel pads" that help you reduce the length. If, on the other hand, the problem is the width of the shoe and your foot "swims" a little inside it, a full insole always solves these problems, you can find it in most pharmacies and supermarkets of your choice.

Do they do repairs?

Repairs are only carried out for manufacturing defects and the estimated delivery time is 30 to 90 days. We only cover the cost of shipping in the event of a manufacturing defect.

We always recommend you go to your trusted shoemaker for common repairs such as a broken lace, changing covers, etc.
