EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

General Policy:

  • We want your shopping experience to be exceptional.
  • Your 1st. exchange is FREE of charge (check the conditions)
  • We apply exchanges and returns under certain conditions.
  • All products must be unused, with tags and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange or return. Including the flannels (cost $150.00 for each one).

Changes:

  • Free of charge:
        • Only applies 1 time per order for regular price items.
        • Request within 7 days of receipt.
        • The product must meet the presentation requirements (labels, packaging).
  • With cost:
        • For regular items after 7 days and before 45, and for sale items.
        • Involves minimum shipping costs of $400.00.
  • General:
      • All changes are subject to quality inspection.
      • You can exchange for another model, size or color, subject to availability.
      • In case of price differences, it will be adjusted by payment or credit.
      • Process your change request and follow the instructions in our “Regina Romero Change Portal” https://reginaromero.com/pages/portal-de-cambios.

    Returns:

    • Within 30 days of receipt.
    • Cost of $400.00 to cover logistical expenses.
    • A Certificate of Credit is issued upon satisfactory inspection, valid for one year.

    Refunds:

    • For manufacturing defects only, excluding sale items.
    • Contact via email at atencionaclientes@reginaromero.com with details and photos of the defect.
    • The refund is processed in 4 to 6 business days in the original payment method, once the merchandise is received and the refund has been approved.

    Repairs:

    • No cost for manufacturing defects within the first 30 days of purchase:
    • Manufacturing defects without cost are:
    • unstitched seams around it,
    • hardware breakage
    • buckle breakage
    • breakage of closures
    • Heel breakage.
    • Repairs take 30 to 90 days.
    • Repairs outside these terms have an extra cost, including shipping.

    Additional notes:

    • Online purchases are not eligible for exchanges or returns at department stores.
