Fany is only 14 years old and she is already an exceptional girl. She is known in the world of international boxing as "The Golden Girl".

We had the pleasure of talking with Fany and her dad since Fany decided to buy her "first formal shoes", and she bought her 1st. Regina Romero.

He told us that because he always has so many interviews, he didn't want to go out in his sneakers anymore and wanted some good shoes. His father is his "manager" and when he found out he told him "you bought the best shoes in Mexico, they are like the "Louis Vuitton of Mexico".

When Fany buys her moccasins she also does it because she wants to mark a stage in her growth, the passage from a girl to a woman with style and strength to fulfill her goals and dreams.

And as we mentioned, she was not wrong in choosing us and that she had made a great decision to have Regina Romero to go in each of her steps on her path to winning.

Now we are excited to recognize Fany "The Golden Girl" as a clear example of these and many other qualities, at 14 years old they have helped her position herself as one of the main promises of national boxing, we briefly share her story:

At the age of seven, Fany began to practice boxing, first in a didactic way, but very soon it became her passion. Today, she is determined to represent Mexico in the Olympic Games.

“I want to be like one of them [boxers], I told my grandfather. I asked my dad to take me to a gym to learn how to box and he told me later. Then it occurred to me to ask the Magi and they complied. This is how my story in boxing begins.”

Today with more than 100 wins (101 wins and 6 losses) Fany is a few steps away from becoming the World Boxing Council champion.

Although she is still very young, she knows her priorities and is willing to do anything to fulfill them.

“[…] I don't mind the sacrifices, the time will come to do other things, for now I am 100% focused on my family, on the sport I love and on my studies.”

Fany is an example for all of us, we are proud to be able to accompany her in her career, inside and outside the ring, showing her feminine side.

“My mom is from Poland, my dad is Mexican and I was born in New York, but I have always said that my blood is Mexican. If they tell me: 'where do you want to be, in Mexico or in the United States?' I say that, in Mexico, because it is a country that saw me grow up, from which I know its culture and its traditions”
