The last is the basis of the entire construction of a good shoe. It depends on her that your pair of shoes has the greatest possible comfort . The Avios

The accessories are the elements that cover the last , such as the plant, the heel and the sole and other important parts of a shoe such as the cap and the buttress. Design and Modeling

For a shoe to look aesthetic and give you all the support you need, the design must be appropriate to the last. This is known as “last curing” , a long process that perfects the shoe based on trial and error. Throughout these tests , the volume of the footwear is modified and it is ensured that the silhouettes of the design are ideal for the type of last , that the edges do not hurt the foot and so on.

Workforce

All the above elements cannot create a pair of impeccable shoes by themselves, it takes the experience, passion and commitment of expert shoemakers who are able to reproduce, cut, assemble, stitch and detail with the precision that characterizes Mexican artisans to that a design that at some point was just an idea, can be materialized . There are between 75 and 120 manual processes that have to be carried out to create an impeccable pair of shoes.
