Every year, The Fashion Group International of Mexico City —FGI—brings together, in one place, the most prominent personalities in the world of Mexican fashion with the aim of rewarding the best of our country. On November 9, 2022, we had the opportunity to attend Night of Stars , organized by FGI at The Westin Santa Fe hotel and share the stage with the most innovative fashion minds in Mexico.

On this evening, a total of 12 awards were presented, covering the entire spectrum of the fashion world. From publicists, makeup artists, jewelry and, of course, footwear design. It is an honor for us to be the winners of "Best Footwear Design" in 2022, as this award means much more than a simple badge to us.

It is a recognition that validates more than 30 years of constant work in the entire process of manufacturing footwear and leather goods. By choosing us as holders of the "Best Footwear Design" of 2022, the FGI is rewarding the tradition and legacy of a family business that opted for slow fashion when few others did, a company conscious of its social and environmental impact.

This award appreciates, embraces and appreciates the essence of Regina Romero who, since 1984, has innovated and investigated the world of Mexican fashion, creating her own recognizable label for those who carry good taste. We are proud to have achieved this achievement at the hands of Mexican artisans who maintain ancestral techniques and processes that provide incomparable attention to detail.
