According to the RAE , gratitude is the feeling that forces a person to estimate the benefit or favor that another has done or wanted to do, and to reciprocate in some way. Experiencing gratitude is a desirable and comforting experience for people; and we believe that, like love, it is wonderful to be loved, but it is even more wonderful to love; Thus, receiving expressions of gratitude is pleasant for the soul , but being grateful is simply extraordinary.

Such is the importance of gratitude , which has been one of the central axes of several religions and an object of study by moral philosophers, such as Adam Smith. Regardless of its approaches, it is directly related to well-being , altruism and even good health .

We should not confuse gratitude with a forced commitment to reciprocate. The gratitude is genuine and clean ; and its strength is such that when we encounter an ungrateful person, we easily label them as rude or undesirable. Gratitude also has a direct relationship with good education , with grace and elegance .

Gratitude has transcended even history and time. On the fourth Thursday in November , or the second Monday in October, North American countries celebrate Thanksgiving Day . The essence of this day is what interests us: gratitude for the harvest and that, thanks to you, we have collected the fruits of our work that is done, always, from and for you.

That is why today, from the bottom of our hearts, we want to say to each of you:

We appreciate your company , your preference , your comments , your experiences . Thank you for joining us on this path , whether you have been doing it for years or a short time.
