On March 26, the first edition of Fashion Polo Mexico was held . An event that united the world of sports and the world of Mexican fashion at Viñedos San Lucas in the emblematic city of San Miguel de Allende .

The idea of ​​Fashion Polo México materialized thanks to the initiative of Mexican entrepreneurs such as Pilar Palomar from Ladymultitask and the direction of Brenda Jaet . In an interview for the Milenio newspaper , Brenda said that:

“The Fashion Polo Mexico in its first edition is a great event for female entrepreneurship , [...] It is the union of several companies that we want to show the beautiful manufacturing that Mexican designers have , everything that each one knows how to do with their different perspectives of what Mexican fashion is”.

The event brought together several of the most important designers of current Mexican fashion . Thanks to this we had the opportunity to share the catwalk with very talented people such as: Pineda Covalin, Regina Dondé, Jasive Fernández, Ana Paula Carrillo, Gerardo Torres and Gala Hats .

In order to be part of this exclusive experience , the participating brands had to meet certain characteristics:

“I looked for designers who had a style one hundred percent different from each other, but who had to do with the lifestyle of San Miguel and who were ethically and socially responsible , who all paid their employees, because there are many who do not pay them , that they were all sustainable, that they work for the environment , that they work with Mexican raw materials , and that they dignify the work of their employees. And so we put together the program of designers that we will see this Saturday.”
