For the Spring-Summer 2022 collections , a new range of colors full of harmonies, complementary colors, elegance, spontaneity and joy came to invade our wardrobes. In this blog we tell you a little about the colors in trend for this first semester of 2022.

This year the Pantone Institute of Color chose violet , specifically the shade Very Peri 173938 , as the color of the year as it “ helps us embrace this altered landscape of possibility, opening ourselves to new vision as we rewrite our lives. [...] is a symbol of the spirit of our current global era and the transition we are experiencing today.”

As we have told you before, designers use colors to express, reflect and narrate the moment in which we find ourselves. A complex study of the environment translates into the selection of the color palette that will give rise to the collections , since colors in fashion evolve with people and, of course, with history.

The last two years have led to extremely relevant changes in the lives of all people around the world. At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, a new minimalism was generated that represented the essentials of life.

Now , with the various changes in our lives and our environment, we seek to incorporate a fashion full of vibrant, cheerful colors ; that reflect the search for happiness and hope that we yearned for in times past and now seems to appear.

Without neglecting nude tones and neutral colors , there is a constant vibration that drives joy, and gives rise to new illusions and projects. The colors of this season invite you to express yourself, to maximize your personality and leave your mark on the world.

Our Spring-Summer 2022 Collection incorporated hints of the color of the year with its complementary cools and contrasting tones , such as bright greens and oranges. In addition, our classic and feminine pink , with its elegant complementary grays , also make an appearance full of subtlety and solidity in this unique color palette.

The harmonies that our designer incorporated into her collection reflect the search -conscious and unconscious- of people towards their new path. The complementary colors and contrasts of the collection show a delicate and remarkable balance : it is the identity manifesting itself , softly , but firmly ; with joy and spontaneity , as well as with confidence and subtlety. In a nutshell, it is identity blossoming.
