Since the beginning of Regina Romero we have always been concerned with being at the forefront of the world of design, supplies and fashion trends. This is an important part of a quality signature.

One of the fairs we visit is Pelle Line in Milan, Italy, where the best suppliers in the world come together to offer the latest in quality, technology and trends.

the 1st. The pavilion we visited was that of the tanneries, where we confirmed that Mexico produces world-class hides and skins. Also, we visit some of the most recognized tanneries in the world, which are responsible for supplying brands such as: Gucci , Chanel and Dolce Gabanna , among others.

We take this opportunity to say hello to a new Mexican company (Guadalajara) that has a patent for a new synthetic material that molecularly fuses with cactus or nopal protein, creating a concept of "vegan skin." It gives us great pleasure to see our compatriots venture into international markets.

We also stopped by to visit our friends in Alicante , Spain, who weave the skin by hand. We hope to launch our special designs with handmade leather fabrics soon.

An important part is being in direct contact with what happens in the world of lasts. European lasts are usually very narrow. Fortunately, in Mexico we have great horeros who work to our specifications, which are part of our "secret formula" for comfort.

We had the pleasure of meeting a manufacturer of accessories for shoes and fashion, among its clients are Chanel and Louis Vuitton . We've already placed a small sample order for our Bostonians.

During the tour there are exhibitions with trends and concepts for 2020-2021 of materials, colors, textures, etc. This helps us to go one step further in the planning of our collections.

We were with Rodolfo, a heel manufacturer. His factory was started by his grandfather with wooden heels. It is continued by her father who ventures into plastic injection and now Rodolfo and his brother Carlo with 3D printer. They manufacture for Chanel and Hermes , among others.

To finish, we were with various artisans and designers of handmade leather trims, including Serena Cecchini, who designs for Manolo Blahnik , Aquazurra and Jimmy Choo to name a few.
