In the fashion industry , the term capsule collection refers to a series of designs that belong to seasonal , spring-summer or fall-winter collections. However, these models have design details that distinguish them from the rest. In addition, they are produced in small quantities and for a limited time .
In mid-April 2020 the project of our capsule collection was born,
"Airs of Hope"
The Spring Summer 2021 collection was designed a few months before the 2020 health contingency .
Due to the global paradigm shift, together with our designer , Montserrat Vega, we rethink the meaning of the SS21 Collection
The goal was to be able to tell the story , through the design of this capsule collection, that external events led us to an internal transformation like that mix of nostalgia and melancholy, but above all hope that we long for.
It is a collection with a very deep meaning , therefore some pieces are limited edition, due to the manual work they required.

Our capsule collection is an ephemeral mini collection , whose meaning lies within the intention and concept of each design . It is inspired by the retro designs of a post-war United States: the 70's and the hippie era . The way of dressing and using accessories is a kind of language , strong, symbolic and important. At this time, there was an atmosphere of authenticity and fight against the unknown . The desire to slow down, to remember the past and face the future without fear was a constant. Today the environment is very similar.
Our moodboard also incorporates femininity and elegance , elements with which we have strengthened ties for more than a year. Union , nostalgia , struggle , hope , beauty , naturalness and authenticity , are some of the keywords that inspired us to bring this necessary capsule collection to life.

These models are a way to express joy even in difficult times; They materialize the need to narrate and distill the experiences and emotions that accompanied us in 2020. And, although the inspiration was born from the hippie and the retro, we take this concept to a current scenario, in which we find ourselves spending more time at home but looking for keep alive our femininity and elegance.
Our pieces share silhouettes with distinctive and complex constructions that give them life and creativity . In addition to this, the selection of materials , very thick skins with defined grain , naturally pigmented , represent a return to the natural and organic . It should be noted that the vibrant colors that stand out in this collection, balanced with neutral tones such as ice , almond and cold blue , produce different, colorful, fun and refreshing models .
Our designer created two design proposals , with woven details , or with folds of the same skin, which imitate a bow . This shows a very high technical difficulty at the time of making them, where the central focus is the quality and handcrafting of the shoes.
Its mixture of textures and colors helps us to reconnect with all our senses . The collection also includes leather - trimmed designs in contrasting colors that create the illusion of patterned shoes .
In this capsule collection you will find some models with exposed skin seams . This symbolizes personal work , manual work , the return to the natural and organic .
Over the past few months, we've all gotten in touch with our inner fibers , in one way or another. With skinout -type processes , like these, the essence and truth of the product is revealed, resignifying its existence .
